In a group of two we had to create a residential ansamble on a 3000 sq m site, in front of Dambovita River.
The challenge was to create different types of apartments, that could merge together if needed, as well as creating a pleasant living environment, with outside spaces, green areas and light.
The solution integrated studios and two to five rooms apartments, comercial spaces on the groundfloor, top level common green terrace, some double height livingrooms and duplex apartments with personal gardens on groundfloor.
