The main concept of the building was to try to bring the nature into the building. This was accomplished by creating a series of green terraces that surround the building. The terraces offer a spectacular view over the river.
The business center is composed by two buildings: a 20 stories hotel and a 8 stories office buildings. The two buildings are accessed through a common exterior space, which represents the heart of the project. This space is elevated from the ground and can be accessed using the stairs on both sides of the building.
